The Regional research and Training Centre (RRTC) had been set up as autonomous centres of the Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (KVASU) at Thiruvananthapuram in June 2013 based on the decisions of Board of Management held on 26.11.2012. RRTC conducts need based capacity building activities for the stakeholders. Exhibitions, seminars, trainings etc. are regularly being organised through this centre. The centre had organised workshops in areas such as IPR, communication skills and food security.
