New features introduced in the KVASU website

 In the era of ICT, Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University is fully geared to exploit the potential to improve livestock based knowledge dissemination services in the state. The new tool introduced in the website www.kvasu.ac.in ‘Locate the Vet’ will help to track the nearest Veterinary Doctor with GIS details. It can be searched either through institution or Veterinarian wise.

‘Ask expert column’ introduced in the site is an interactive mode for veterinary education, research and livestock based knowledge dissemination services. Experts from the university will answer the queries on Veterinary Education, research, Veterinary Practice and general questions in the areas of livestock breeding, feeding, management, disease control and marketing. Anybody can view the answers in the website.

‘University this week’ is a new system for projecting current news of the University. A separate ‘Intranet system’ was also be introduced in the site.
