Talk on career prospects for Vets abroad held @Mannuthy

                              As part of the students counseling and placement cell, a talk on career for Veterinarians abroad by Dr. Abdul Gafoor PhD, Assistant Professor, College of Biotechnology, American University of Ras Al Khaimah was arranged on 16th August 2013 at Seminar Hall, CVAS, Mannuthy. The programme was presided over by the Dean and Chairman, Students Councelling Centre and Placement Cell, Dr. P.C. Saseendran. Final year B.V.Sc. students, internee students, and Teaching Assistants attended the talks. Dr. Beena and Dr. Justin Davis, members Students Councelling Centre and Placement Cell, and Dr. Sukumar, Asst. Prof. Poultry Science also were present. Dr. Deepak Mathew D.K., Assistant Professor and convenor StudentsCouncelling Centre and Placement Cell gave the welcome speech. Sri. Arunkumar S. K. President Students Union, gave the Vote of Thanks. The talk was very inspiring and had valuable tips for aspirants. Dr. Abdul Gafoor narrated his success from BVSc to his present position with great simplicity which inspired all those gathered for the talk. This was the first of a series of talks envisaged by the Students Councelling Centre and Placement Cell, for the benefit of our students.
