Dr.Suja Rani. S received Gufic Prize

               Dr. Suja Rani. S, Assistant Professor,Dept of Pharmacology and Toxicolgy, College of Veterinary and Animal Science, Pookode have been awarded the prestigious 'Gufic Prize' for the year 2013, for the best research paper in the area of Indigenous drugs entitled " Anti diabetic potential of Tamarindus indica: A protein tyrosine phosphatase-1B inhibitor, in the Oral Presentation session, in the 46th Annual Conference of Indian Pharmacological Society and International Conference on Translational Pharmacology held at NIMHANS Convention Centre, Bangalore from 16th to 18th December 2013. The research paper presented was a part of  Ph.D thesis work.
