02Four final year students Kum. Anu.S, Grace.M, Kum.Chithrima Seethal and Resma.K.Vasu visited Royal Dick’s Veterinary School, University of Edinburgh, as part of their externship programme along with Dr.John Abraham, Assistant Professor, KVASU from 12th to 19th January. They Visited the Hospital for Small Animals-Royal Dick’s School, the Riddle-Swan Veterinary Cancer Centre, Farm Animal Practice Centre, The Roslin Institute, Centre for Tropical Veterinary Medicine, The Moredun Research Centre, Barony Dairy Technology Centre and Hi-tech Farms, The Royal Chriton Dairy Farms, The Pig Safe Unit, The Green Cow Emission Monitoring Facility, The Beef Production Centre, Edinburgh Zoo, had hands on experience on simulated pregnancy diagnosis and distockial extractions and visited the Scotish National Museum to see Dolley the 1st Cloned Sheep.
