02A Seminar on 'Food safety- the citizen's right' was held at Kozhikkode on 2nd January 2015. Hon'ble Minister for Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Sri.K.P.Mohanan inaugurated the seminar. Food Safety Commissioner Mrs.Anupama IAS presided over the function. Dr.Sunil.B, Professor & Head, Department of Public Health, KVASU, Pookode presented a paper. The programme was jointly organised by Indian Veterinary Association, Animal Husbandry Department, Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University and KLDB. Local body representatives and veterinarians attended the one day seminar.
