Orientation programme on Self esteem and interpersonal relationships held at Mannuthy

             A one day Orientation programme on “Self Esteem and Interpersonal Relationship” for Freshers (2011 Batch)was held at the University Dairy plant on 10th of November, 2011 under the aegis of the Parent Teacher Association of College of Dairy Science and Technology. Fr. Ephrem Thomas, Director, SRC Counseling Centre, Kozhikode was the Resource Person and handled the Orientation programme. Dr.C.T. Sathian, Professor &Head, Dairy Plant inaugurated the programme. The sessions proved successful in inculcating the required skills set for the budding Dairy Technologists to unleash their innate potential for success in their professional and personal life. Fr. Ephrem with his 35 years of teaching experience highlighted the importance of self esteem, self image, change management, managing better interpersonal relationships and winning tactics in life. Dr.P.I. Geevarghese, Professor & Head,Dept. of Dairy Technology addressed the students and Secretary CDST PTA expressed vote of thanks.
