Sealed quotations are invited for the supply of the following item for an externally Aided Project in the Department of Veterinary Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine with the attached specifications.

Sealed covers containing quotations , super scribed “ quotations for the supply of thermal cycler” should reach the undersigned on or before 10 AM, 15/06/2012. The quoted amount should be all inclusive. They will be opened in the presence of all those present at 10.30AM on the same day, and the person/firm with the lowest quoted amount and specifications matching requirements will be awarded supply order after negotiations. The supply shall be made within 14 days of receipt of supply order failing which the supply order will stand cancelled. Supply shall be complete in every respect like operation manuals and warranty card. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the purchase procedures at anytime during the process. In addition all regulations regarding purchase of equipments for Government purposes will be applicable in this case also.
