Identification of locally available plants having potent antifungal and antimicrobial properties
BVSc & AH candidates will be appointed. MVSc (Microbiology/other disciplines) will be preferred

Identification of locally available plants having potent anthelminthic properties
 
 
BVSc & AH candidates will be appointed. MVSc (Parasitology/ Other disciplines) will be preferred.

             The project 1 includes collection of plant material and maintenance of bacterial and fungal cultures. Those candidates having experience on maintenance of bacterial culture or handling of laboratory animals will be preferred. The project 2 includes collection of plant material and faecal culture techniques. Those candidates having experience on larval culture techniques or handling of laboratory animals will be preferred. The projects will be for a period of 6 months which could be extended upto 30.6.2013.
Walk-in-interview to be held in the Office of the Dean College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Pookode, on 1st October 2012. Interested candidates are requested to reach the venue on or before 9:30 AM.
 The candidates should produce a neatly typed biodata, copies of certificates, publications and other relevant materials along with originals (for verification) at the time of the interview.
