Nirmalamatha and Chinmaya won Prizes during world food day celebrations

           World Food Day is celebrated every year on 16th October to commemorate the formation of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in 1945.  Each year World Food Day highlights a particular theme. As part of the celebrations, Association of Food Scientists and Technologists (I) Trichur Chapter in collaboration with Kerala Veterinary Animal Sciences University had organized the XVIIth Quiz and Painting competition on Food and Nutrition on 16-10-2012 T for High school students at Veterinary College auditorium, Mannuthy. The members of winning teams were presented with individual prizes and the winning schools with trophies. Best outgoing student awards were presented to toppers of different professional courses of Kerala Veterinary Animal Sciences University, Kerala Agricultural University and Calicut University.
