World Food Day � Nukam 2018

In connection with World Food Day College of Dairy Science and Technology ,Pookode organized a one day seminar - ‘Nukham ‘- focusing on the opportunities in field of dairy entrepreneurship at Kalpetta on Oct 17. Milma Chairman Shri.P.T Gopalakurup, inaugurated the programme. Dr.P.Geevarghese,   Former  Dean , Dairy Science College, Mannuthy delivered a lecture on the topic ‘Opportunities in field of dairy entrepreneurship’.He highlighted the current status and prospects of dairy sector in India, value addition of milk. Smt. Harsha V.S, Dairy Extension Officer, Kalpetta handled a session on  ‘Annual Schemes& Projects of  Dairy Development Department.  Smt ArchanaChandran ,Special Officer CDST Pookode welcomed the gathering. Dr.Koshy John, Dean CVAS,Pookode presided the function.  Dr. Rahila M.P, Asst Professor and Ms. Grace A Thachil DEO (on deputation) delivered their felicitations.  Ms. AnkitaAnto , DEO (on deputation ) conveyed vote of thanks.
