29A three day training programme on “Value added milk products” was conducted at Department of Dairy Science, CV&AS Mannuthy from 25/11/2019 to 27/11/2019 for dairy entrepreneurs and farmers. Dr. C. Latha, Dean ,CV & AS Mannuthy inaugurated the function on 25-11-19. 14 Dairy Entrepreneurs from different districts of Kerala participated in the programme .The whole batch was divided into three groups and hands on training was provided on preparation of different dairy products like milk chocolate ,Yoghurt ,paneer ,Rasagolla, shrikhand etc. All participants expressed satisfaction on training and were confident to take up new ventures on value addition of milk. Certificates for the trainees were distributed by Dr.S .N. Rajkumar, special officer CFT at the valedictory function on 27-11-19.
