07Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University’s Directorate of Entrepreneurship in association with Thrissur Urban Development Agency will launch start up village Project in livestock sector in the state. Pullazhi Cole of Olari of Thrissur district has been identified for the pilot project. An awareness seminar on Startups, Food Safety and good practices will be held at Olari Grama Panchayat Community hall, Thrissur on 8th September 2015. Sri. Therambil Ramakrishnam MLA will inaugurate the seminar. TUDA Chairman Sr.K.Radhakrishnan will preside over the function. The seminar will pave way for conceptual analysis of the project based on the survey and focus group discussion. This project will integrate Livestock, Vegetable and fisheries sector so as to produce Safe to eat products. Startup will facilitate the marketing outlet for safe to eat products; Says Dr.T.P.Sethumadhavan, Director of Entrepreneurship of KVASU.
