Stipendiary training at Meat Technology Unit, Mannuthy

Meat Technology Unit Mannuthy functioning under the Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Pookode is inviting applications for the following training programmes.

1. Meat processing cum plant operation

Duration : 2 years

Monthly stipend : Rs. 4500/-

Educational qualifications : VHSE- Livestock Management- Dairy Husbandry/ livestock Management- Poultry husbandry, Certificate in canning and food preservation

2. Wholesome meat production and meat processing

Duration : 1 year

Monthly stipend : Rs. 3500/-

Educational qualifications : VHSE- Livestock Management- Dairy Husbandry/ livestock Management- Poultry husbandry

3. Meat plant operation and maintenance

Duration : 1 year

Monthly stipend : Rs. 3500/-

Educational qualifications : ITI/NCVT certificate course- Air conditioning and Refrigeration / Electrical

Applications must be prepared in white paper and should enclose complete biodata including PIN and contact Phone number, copies of certificates to prove the Age, Date of birth, Educational qualifications, self addressed envelope affixed with 5 Rupees stamp and is to be send to the following address:
