KVASU campuses contributed liberaly to the victims of Chennai flood

          KVASU campuses contributed liberaly to the victims of Chennai flood. University collected aid from Trivandrum, Mannuthy and Pookode based campuses of the University including Base farm Kolahalamedu, Thiruvazhamkunnu and Thumbermuzhy campuses. Collected materials were send to Chennai in association with Kalpetta, Thrissur and Trivandrum Mathrubhumi offices on 7th December 2015. Univesity collected Rs 118726/-( Rupees One lakh Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Six only) worth food items and blankets and transfered to Chennai.Officers, Faculty members, staff. students, Labourers and NSS volunteers actively participated in the KVASU Chennai help Campaign organised by Directorate of Entrepreneurship of University. Dr.B.Sunil and Dr.N.Divakaran Nair as Nodal officers and Dr.Shibu Jacob, Dr.Janus and Dr.Vidya as co-ordinators actively associated with Deans, associate Deans, Unit Heads and special officers of the campuses to make the venture a grand success.(University is awaiting detailed report from all the campuses)

Thumburmuzhy campus (CBFT & CFT) has collected Rs6000.00 and handed over to Nodal officer on 07.12.2015.
