ICAR Accreditation PRT visited KVASU Campuses

ICAR Accreditation:- Peer Review Team (PRT)  visited KVASU campuses &its 3 constituent colleges, farms and plants from 28^thto 30^th December 2015. The team comprised of Dr. M.P. Yadav, former Vice Chancellor of SVPUA & T, Meerut as chairman, Dr. S.S. Randhawa, Director of Academics & Research, GADVASU, Ludhiana, Dr. R. R. B. Singh, Dean, faculty of Dairy Technology, SGIDT( BAU), Patna & ADG of ICAR Agricultural Education Division, Pusa, New Delhi Dr. G. Venkateswaralu as members. PRT inspected all documents of the university and facilities present in the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences- Pookode and Mannuthyas wellas College of Dairy Science & Technology of Mannuthy and interacted with faculty and students. The team appreciated various novel initiatives that the university has taken up like problem based learning, residential programme for PG and Ph.D etc.The team was highly impressed on the functioning of various farms and in particular the facilities of Meat Technology unit of Mannuthy.
