The Department of Posts, Kerala Circle is pleased to release a special cover with special cancellation seal in commemoration of the Diamond Jubilee of the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Mannuthy in the 13^th Kerala State Philatelic Exhibition – KERAPEX 2016 at Thrissur on 7^th January, 2016. Hon'ble Minister C.N.Balakrishnan inaugurated the programme. Dean, CVAS, Mannuthy Dr.Sisilamma George received the Special cover during the occasion.
