28 days Orientation Programme on Academic Leadership begins at the KVASU Academic Staff College, Mannuthy on 11th Feb 2016

Academic Staff College of the KVASU has scheduled the first Orientation Programme on Academic Leadership for the faculty at the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Mannuthy from 11-02-2016 to 9-03-2016.
The Orientation Programme is intended to inculcate in the young faculty, at the outset of their career, the quality of self- reliance through awareness of the social, intellectual and moral environment as well as to discover self-potential and confidence. The orientation programme will contribute to the teacher awareness of the problems of the Indian society and the role of education, higher education leaders and educators in the resolution of these problems to achieve desired goals in national development. The 28 day programme will expose the participants to the current trends in achieving excellence in educational institutions. Eminent experts from varied fields will interact with the faculty in key areas driving academic excellence to produce high quality professionals from their institutions.The Orientation Programme at the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Mannuthy will be inaugurated by Dr.M.C.Dileep Kumar, Vice Chancellor of the Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady on 11-02-2016. 28 days orientation programme is mandatory for the faculty members for career advancement and academic excellence.
