National Science day celebrations will be held at Pookode

                                     As part of National Science day celebrations, inorder to promote young creative minds and nurture innovative ideas, B.Tech Dairy Science students and faculty members of KVASU Pookode campus B.Tech programme in association with Kerala State Council for Science, Technology & Environment will organise National Science Day celebration on 25th February 2016. Programme will be held at Periyar Seminar Hall, College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Pookode. The focal theme of the National Science day celebration is Make in India- Science and Technology driven innovation.A seminar on Science and Technology driven innovations in Dairy industry will be held as part of the National Science Day.A quiz competition with special thrust on fod science will also be held. Launching of the Food products developed by students will be released during the function. Technical sessions on new food products & dairy industry  and probiotic health drinks will be  held as part of the programme.Department of Dairy Microbiology is co-ordinating the programme.
