The Students’ Counselling and Placement Cell of the College of Dairy Science and Technology, Mannuthy conducted a one day Personality Development Programme for the final and penultimate year B. Tech (Dairy Science and Technology) students on 23.3.2016 at Hotel Dream City, Pattikkad. The morning session exclusively for final year students was handled by Mr. C. P. Jayaprakash, Motivational speaker on ‘Interpersonal Skill Development and Interview Techniques’ and afternoon sessions were handled by Mr. Rejeesh. R, Asst. Professor, CDST, Thiruvananathapuram and Mr. Mahesh Narayanan, Dairy Extension Officer, DTC, Kottayam on ‘Employment prospects of Dairy Technologists’ in dairy industry and other sectors. Dr. G. Girish Varma, Dean of the Faculty addressed the students. Ms. Aswathy welcomed the gathering and Mr. Ashby Love Philip as well as Mr. Naveen Jose gave the vote of thanks for the different sessions. Mr. Shyam Suraj. S.R, Dr. Divya M.P, Ms. Indu. B, Ms. Divya K.B., Ms. Neethu Lazar, Mr. Sandeep, Ms. Liya. P.F and Mr. Stevens were present in the programme.
