04The College of Dairy Science and Technology, Mannuthy conducted a meeting on 3.5.5016, 3 pm at the Seminar Hall of KVASU Dairy Plant in order to felicitate the students who won prizes at the Inter-Collegiate Arts Festival ‘Baras – 16’. It is for the first time that the College has secured runner up position in Arts Festival after the formation of KVASU.
Along with the function, the Best Teacher Awards for the year 2015-16 were given to Prof. P.J. Joseph, Guest faculty (Dairy Business Management) and Dr. K.A.Mercey, Prof. and Head, Department of Dairy Business Management for their services with CDST.
The programme was inaugurated by Dr. G. Girish Varma, Dean, CDST. Students’ Union President,Ms. Surabhi, presided over the function. Dr. P.I. Geevarghese, Dr. Ravindranath, Dr. Ligimol James, Mr. Shyam Suraj S.R , Mr. Mohammad Raeesul Islam (Arts Club Secretary) felicitated the function. Mr. Amar Raj, Secretary, Students’ Union gave away the vote of thanks.
