NOTIFICATION
 
                                                                              
Whereas it is necessary to reconstitute the Management Council as per the Section 21, Sub-section 2(i) of the KVASU Act (Act 3 of 2011) and hence it is hereby notified that the following elections will be held according to the principle of proportional representation by means of single transferable vote by the members of the Legislative Assembly and in accordance with the procedure prescribed in Chapter XXIV Part B & D of the amended statute of the University to elect to the Management Council:
 
(i)     Two members elected according to the principle of proportional representation by means of single transferable vote by the members of the Legislative Assembly from among themselves of whom one shall be a Member belonging to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe.
