13Subject: Hiring of JRF (Programme Assistant) and SRF (Programmer) for implementation of National Animal Disease Reporting System (NADRS).Under the National Animal Disease Reporting System (NADRS) Project, professionals at the level of Programme Assistant (JRFs-35), one for each State/UT Monitoring Unit Headquarters and Programmers (SRFs-5) for Central Disease Reporting & Monitoring Unit (CDRMU) Head Quarters, Krishi Bhavan, New Delhi, are to be hired through the empanelled agency. For this, National Informatics Centre, Department of Information Technology, Government of India has given the work order to M/s. CyberQ Consulting Pvt. Ltd for hiring of services for implementation of National Animal Disease Reporting System (NADRS). The salary of JRF is Rs. 12,000/- per month and for SRF is Rs. 18,000/- per month.
2. The specific domain background required for the Programmer Assistant is “Bachelor Degree in Animal/Veterinary Science with sound knowledge of IT and working experience in Livestock Disease Surveillance and Information System or similar kind of project” and for Programmer is “Master Degree in Animal/Veterinary Science with sound knowledge of IT and working experience in Livestock Disease Surveillance and Information System or similar kind of project”.
3. The selected JRFs will work with respective State/UT Monitoring Unit, State Directorate of Animal Husbandry and in close coordination with NIC-NADRS State Project Coordinator. The selected SRFs will work with Central Disease Reporting & Monitoring Unit (CDRMU) Head Quarters, DADF, Krishi Bhavan, New Delhi and in close coordination with NIC-NADRS Project Coordinator.
