FACULTIES FROM MEAT TECHNOLOGY UNIT RECEIVED NATIONAL AWARD

1. Dr. V. N. Vasudevan, Assistant Professor, Department of Livestock Products Technology & Meat Technology Unit has presented a scientific  paper (Oral) on “Bovine gall bladder bile: A novel decellularzing agent for development of extracellular matrices” and won best presentation award in the International Symposium & 7th Conference of Indian Meat Science Association (IMSACON –VII) “New Horizons for Augmenting Meat Production and Processing to Ensure Nutritional Security, Food Safety and Environmental Sustainability”  on November 10th -12th, 2016, at Department of Livestock Products Technology, College of Veterinary Science, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU), Ludhiana.
   
   
   
   
    
2. Dr. Sathu. T, Assistant Professor, Department of Livestock Products Technology & Meat Technology Unit has presented a scientific  paper on “Standardization & evaluation of animal byproducts based pet kibbles for dogs” and won best presentation award in the  8th Kerala Veterinary Science Congress organized by the Indian Veterinary Association, Kerala on 12th and 13th  November, 2016.
