06College of Dairy Science and Technology, Mannuthy in association with Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA) – Kochi chapter organized a Half Day Science Awareness Workshop for High School and Higher Secondary School students at Puthur Government Higher Secondary School, Thrissur on 30.1.2017. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. K.V. Jayachandran, Convener, ISCA – Kochi chapter. Dr.G. Girish Varma, Dean, CDST gave the key note address. Ms. K.V. Jayalatha, Headmistress, Puthur GVHSS presided over the function. Classes were handled by Dr. Ani. S. Das, (Director, Centre for Biosciences), Dr. Dinesh. K. (Associate Professor, KUFOS) and Mr. Shyam Suraj S.R (Asst. Professor, CDST). Science books were contributed to the School Library as part of the programme by ISCA and CDST.
