College of Dairy Science and Technology, Mannuthy conducted 'Dugdham 2017'

College of Dairy Science and Technology, Mannuthy in association with Indian dairy Association, Kerala Chapter organized a 3 day Hands on training on preparation of milk products for small scale entrepreneurs entitled “Dugdham – 2017” from 16.2.2017 to 18.2.2017. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. G. Girish Varma, Dean, CDST on 16.2.2017 presided by Dr. S.N. Rajakumar, Head, Dairy Plant. There were 22 participants for the programme. Certificate distribution was done by Dr. Deepa Anand, Assistant Professor, Directorate of Entrepreneurship, KVASU. The programme was organized with the active participation of the Faculty and Teaching Assistants of the Department of Dairy Technology. The course coordinator was Ms. Divya K.B., Assistant Professor (Dairy Technology).
