Dr Sajith Purushothaman and Dr K. Jasmine Rani,  Assistant Professors of the Department of Animal Nutrition, College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Mannuthy  bags the best presentation award on International conference on "Herbal and Natural Components as the future of Pharmacology" held at Avinashilingam University, Coimbatore on 27th February to 1st March 2017.The award was for the papers entitled “Effect of Feeding Betel leaves on feed intake, gut health and blood biochemical parameters In Japanese Quail (Coturnix Coturnix Japonica)” and"Effect of dietary incorporation of Ksheerabala residue on growth performance in Wistar rats" respectively. Minu Sarrah Jasmine , PG student of the Animal Nutrition department also got best poster award for the paper  on"Effect of supplementation of dried fennel seed powder on serum lipid profile in paneer fed rats" KVASU congratulates the winners.
