11College of Dairy Science and Technology, KVASU, Pookode is organizing two week intensive hands on training on topic ‘Fermentation for value addition’ under KSCSTE project ‘Biotechnology Innovations for Rural development’. The focus areas are fermented milk products like yoghurts/curds, srikhand, cheese/paneer, butter milk, lassi, and whey drinks. Beneficiaries (SHGs) will be given two weeks intensive training. The participants will be equipped with the technical knowhow of the product preparation. The training for the first batch is scheduled from 21.04.2017 to 05.04.2017.
