�Training on Laboratory Animal models and Biomethodology� started at Department of Veterinary Pharmacology & Toxicology, COVAS, MANNUTHY - 10-12th May, 2017.

Training on Laboratory Animal Models and Biomethodology started at Department of Veterinary Pharmacology & Toxicology, College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Mannuthy.. The three day training programme was inaugurated by Dr. Sisilamma George, Dean, College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Mannuthy. In the inaugural address, Dean emphasized the use of laboratory animals in research and the need of such training programmes. While addressing the participants after the release of the training manual, Dr. T.P. Sethumadhavan, Director of Entrepreneurship, Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, highlighted the use of laboratory animals in various fields of science and technology. Ten participants are attending the training programme. Dr. Usha P.T.A., Professor and Head, Department of Veterinary Pharmacology welcomed the gathering. Dr. Bibu John, Assistant Professor and Course Director expressed vote of thanks. The training will conclude on 12th May, 2017.
