22The Students Counselling and Placement Cell of the College of Dairy Science and Technology, Mannuthy along with ‘Navaneetham’ Lecture series and Indian Dairy Association - Kerala Chapter organized a One Day Awareness Seminar on Quality and Food Safety Management System according to ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 on 20.6.2017 at the Seminar Hall of KVASU Dairy Plant. The classes were handled by Mr. Sibymon B, Senior Lead Auditor of TUV-NORD, KSA, who is also an alumnus of CDST. 70 participants including faculty members of CDST and CoVAS, Mannuthy and 2013 B. Tech batch attended the seminar. Dr.A.K. Beena, Head, Dairy Microbiology Department presided over the programme and certificates were distributed by Dr. P.I. Geevarghese, Chairman, IDA – Kerala chapter.
