28The classes of 2017 batch B. Tech (Dairy Technology) students started at the College of Dairy Science and Technology, Mannuthy on 25.9.2017. The first day included registration of students; followed by CDSTPTA meeting and election of its new office bearers. Dr. P. Sudheer Babu , Dean of the faculty presided over the programme. Officer in charge of Academics, Dr. A.K. Beena explained the academic regulations. Dr. C.T. Sathain, Dr. K.A. Mercey, Mr. Shyam Suraj S.R and Ms. Smitha J. Lukose addressed the students. PTA awards for the best outgoing students of 2012 batch (Mr. Naveen Jose and Ms. Anjali A.K) were given during the function by the Dean. The orientation programme for the first year students was conducted 26.9.2017. Class was taken by Prof. Joy Mathew, Former Controller of Kerala Agricultural University.
