2016 batch B. Tech (DT) students of CDST, Mannuthy complete Student READY Exposure Visit I

2016 batch B. Tech (Dairy Technology) students (41 numbers) of the College of Dairy Science and Technology completed 7 days Student READY Exposure Visit I from 4.12.2017 to 10.12.2017. The students were exposed to the production, procurement, processing and marketing activities of milk and milk products in the state. The students visited different dairy plants of milma – Alappuzha and Ernakulam, Dairy Development Department, KLDB farm Mattupetty, private dairy farms, Kurishumala farm etc. Orientation on the activities of milma was given by Mr. Satheesh, Senior Manager (Marketing), KCMMF and on activities of Dairy Development Department by Mr. Issac Thayyil, Joint Director (Planning) at the Dairy Training Centre, Thiruvananthapuram. Students also visited tourist places.  Mr. Shyam Suraj S.R and Ms. Shyama Santhosh guided the students.
