15On the Job Training for Livestock Management students of GVHSS, Kalpetta was conducted from 25th November to 6th December, 2017 at College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Pookode. The programme was inaugurated by Dean, Dr Koshy John on 25th November, 2017 in the presence of Sri Vijosh Sebastain, Principal, GVHSS Kalpetta. Dr John Abraham, Dr Bimal P Bashir, Dr C Balusami, Dr Jincy, Dr Pratheesh MD, Dr Promod, Smt Archana Chandran, her team, Dr Umesh G, Dr Naicy Thomas, Dr Abdul Muneer, Sri Sakthy Subramanian, his team and Dr Subin K Mohan (Training Coordinator) showered their expertise in teaching “Advances in Animal Husbandry practices” to the 30 students. An e-training manual on Advanced Animal Husbandry Practices was also released during the valedictory function. Department of Veterinary & Animal Husbandry Extension coordinated the training programme.
