DAIRY PLANT DAY 2018 - CHIRAATH

Kerala Veterinary and Animal Science University Dairy Plant Mannuthy commemerated its 25 successful years of milk procurement and processing reaching the hearts of its consumers on 29 November 2018. The program commenced with a prayer followed by the welcome address by Sachin .M.S, secretary students union 17-18 and presidential address by Manjusree N.S ,president students union 17-18. The program was inaugurated by the official uncovering of the compound wall painted by the students. Sri. Kumaran ,Chief artist KVASU ,chief guest of the function was honoured by Dr. Sudheer Babu,Dean CDST Mannuthy for the achievement of 59th National Lalithkala Academy Award. Dr C Latha ,Dean CoVAS Mannuthy , Dr. S N Rajkumar, Head KVASU Dairy Plant and Dr. T. S. Rajeev ,Director of Students Welfare offered felicitations at the function. The official ceremony ended with the vote of thanks by Gokul C R ,Secretary, SFI Dairy Unit .It also included a grand traditional lunch made by the students themselves. To add colour and enthusiasm to the day there were cultural programs organized for the staff and students.
