15”Science Expo 2019”The All India Exhibition was held from 8-2-19 to 12-2-19 as a part of Golden jubilee celebration of S.N.College Alathur. Department of Dairy Science and Department of Veterinary public health of CV&AS Mannuthy had stalls in the exhibition. Students from various schools and colleges visited the stalls. Demonstration on analysis of milk samples and tests for adulteration of milk were carried out. Diploma and M.Sc. Students of Dairy Science department prepared different varieties of Dairy products and sold out to visitors.
The School of Zoonoses, Public Health and Pathobiology in association with NSS Units of CVAS, Mannuthy had arranged an exhibition on ‘Know Zoonoses to No Zoonoses “ on creating awareness about the various zoonotic diseases and methods of control. The different varieties of poultry birds and laboratory animals also formed the part of the exhibition. Both Stalls gained wide attention of public.
