20Scientific Animal nutrition coupled with better genetics and environment will ensure Clean, Geen and Ethical Animal production. Says Professor Graeme Martin, Associate Dean and Deputy Director of Institute of Agriculture of University of Western Australia while addressing the Faculty, researchers and Students of Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University at the Seminar Hall of CVAS, Mannuthy, Thrissur on 18th February 2012 during the Work Shop on Clean, Green and Ethical Animal Production. Professor Martin explained that better nutrition will ensure better productivity, prolificacy and organ development. Without considering the environmental impacts we cannot move forward. There are so many areas where India and Australia can collaborate in Agricultural research. Professor Martin is a renowned Animal Biologist having more than three decades experience in Animal production research. Director of Entrepreneurship Dr.S.Ramkumar inaugurated the Workshop. Professor of Research and International Co-operation Dr. K.P.Sreekumar introduced Professor Graeme Martin. Special officer, Aademy of Climate Change Research and Education of KAU Dr.G.S.L.H.V.Prasadrao offered felicitations. Dean Dr.Philomina welcomed the gathering and Dr.Deepa Ananth expressed vote of thanks. Around 200 faculty members, researchers and students participated in the workshop.
