19Meat Technology Unit organizes the third edition of Cuppa Parleys
Cuppa Parleys is the bimonthly lecture series on topics related to all aspects of meat science and technology with the objective of broadening our areas of engagement and reflection relevant to the discipline.
The third edition of Cuppa Parleys on Design Thinking was delivered by Dr. Deepa Ananth, Implementing Officer, TBIC on 6-11-2019 at the Technology Business Incubation Centre (TBIC), Mannuthy. Dr. Deepa elaborated different scientific processes involved in the evolution of innovative ideas into a prototype and further lab-scale testing. Faculty, undergrads and PG students attended the lecture and participated in the interactions.
