Sealed competitive percentage rate quotations are invited on behalf of Vice Chancellor, Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University from approved and eligible contractors having valid registration with Kerala State PWD, CPWD, Telecommunication ,KSEB, KWA etc. and specialized agencies for the following works up to 3PM on 14/03/2012 and will be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM

Quotations can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on all working days and up to 01.00 PM on 14/03/2012 on applying with valid Registration Certificate. The E.M.D should be in the form of D.D drawn in favour of the Professor and Head , University Veterinary Hospital ,Mannuthy payable at SBT, Ollukara. The quotation without E.M.D in the prescribed form will be summarily rejected.

NB: 1 Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the contractor should be furnished in the tender
2 The rate quoted shall be inclusive of service tax, if any, and no separate service tax will be borne
by KVASU
3 The contractor or his/ her representative shall be present at the time of opening of the tender
4 The contractor shall be personally present for negotiation if any and signing of agreement
No negotiation and signing of agreement will be done in the absence of contractor
5 Proxy quotations will not be accepted
6 Right to reject /cancel any of the above tendered item without assigning any reason is vested
with the undersigned.
