Athulya State Plan Poultry Research Project launched

                                        Athulya State Plan Poultry Research Project of Centre for Advanced Studies in Poultry Science of Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University was launched at Thrissur Corporation on 24th March 2012. Sri. Therambil Ramakrishnan MLA inaugurated the programme held at Jawahar Balbavan and released the book on Aiswarya Poultry project. Deputy Mayor Smt. Subi Babu presided over the function. Director of Academics and Research Dr.A.Jalaludeen delivered the key note address. Councillor Sri. M.K.Varghese,Director, Centre for Advanced Studies in Poultry Science Dr. P.A.Peethambaran, Senior Scientist AICRP Dr.Narayanankutty, Dr.T.P.Sethumadhavan and Dr.P.B.Giridas offered felicitations. A Seminar on Athulya Poultry project was held as part of the inaugural function. Dr.Narayanan Kutty, Dr. Ajith Babu, Dr.P.A.Peethamaran, Dr.Sankaralingam, Dr.Sukumar, Dr.Beena and Dr. Binoj Chacko took classes on different aspects of the project. Principal investigator  Dr.Ajith Babu welcomed the gathering and Dr. Binoj Chacko expressed vote of thanks. 100 beneficiaries participated in the seminar.
