Inaugural programme of the farmer Scientist Interactive Lecture Series (24.05.2021 to 11.06.2021) held.

The Farmer Friendly Lecture Series on the theme ‘Welfare of livestock and monsoon preparedness’ being organised by Directorate of Entrepreneurship, KVASU in coordination with Academic Staff College, was inaugurated online by Honorable Vice Chancellor of KVASU Dr. M. R. Saseendranath. He stressed the need for continuous interaction of University scientists with the farmer community especially considering the prevailing pandemic. The farmer scientist interactive lecture series on various topics will be held from 24.05.2021 to 11.06.2021, 5pm on all days. Dr. A. P. Usha, Director, Farms KVASU welcomed the delegates and the participants. Dr. M.K. Narayanan, Director of Entrepreneurship presided the function and the project introduced by Dr. S. Maya, Director, ASC. Dr. P. Sudheer Babu, Registrar, KVASU, Dr. N.Ashok, Director, Academics and Research, Dr. C. Latha, Dean, CVAS Mannuthy, Dr. Koshy John, Dean CVAS Pookode, Dr. S. N. Rajkumar, Dean. VKIDFT, Mannuthy, Dr. P. Girish Varma, Dean CASM, Thiruvizhamkunnu, Dr. P V Tresamol, Associate Dean, CVAS Mannuthy offered felicitations to the programme. Dr. K. M. Syam Mohan, Professor and Head, ULF&FRC, Mannuthy extended vote of thanks. Dr. A. Irshad provided technical support for the programme. More than 70 participants attended the programme.
