29Advisory Call Centre shall function as a separate unit for providing on-call services to farmers more efficiently regarding the matters of advisory nature in the initial stage with the support of the Directorate of Clinics. The working time of the Call Centre shall be temporarily fixed as 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm on all days.
The technical staff of the call centre will receive the calls from the farmer and connect to the concerned faculty in a mobile call conferencing system. You are requested to be available on call as per the schedule and answer to the immediate requirement. In case of matters requiring detailed discussion you can ask for a mail from the farmer to de@kvasu.ac.in or clarify the doubts by calling directly at a convenient time later.
