State need frequent interface between AHD and KVASU says the Director, AHD

                                    Valedictory function of the three months training programme for the Assistant directors working in the Animal Husbandry Department was held at CVAS, KVASU Mannuthy Campus on 7th July 2012. Director of Entrepreneurship, KVASU Dr.S.Ramkumar inaugurated the programme and expressed satisfaction in the way the training was conducted. Director of Animal Husbandry Dr.K.G.Suma addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of need based training programmes for the Veterinarians of the state. Department is planning quality improvement programmes for the officers by distant education mode in collaboration with KVASU. Dr.Suma expressed willingness to collaborate with the Kerala Veterinary University for developing integrated strategy for the control of zoonoses and food safety standards act. Report of the training was delivered by the coordinator Dr.N.Divakaran Nair. Dr.A.Jalaludeen Director, Academic and Research and the Dean, COVAS, Dr.H.Subramanian offered felicitations . Director of Entrepreneurship Dr.S.Ramkumar distributed the certificates. Dr.C.B.Devanand welcomed the gathering and Dr.Devada expressed vote of thanks.
