Training programme on Abattoir Management and Meat Inspection for veterinary officers begins @KVASU Meat plant

                    A five-day training programme on Abattoir Management and Meat Inspection for veterinary officers of the Animal Husbandry Department, Govt of Kerala, was inaugurated by Dr.S.Ramkumar,Director of Entrepreneurship, at the Meat Plant, Mannuthy, on 11.12.12. In his inaugural address. DE highlighted the need for proactive approach from the part of Veterinary officers in ensuring safety and wholesomeness of meat supplied in the State. The compendium of the training programme was released by Dr. P.Kuttinarayanan, Professor&Head,Meat Plant, by handing over a copy to Dr. S.Ramkumar. The training will conclude on 15.12.12.
