23Dr. Suja Rani, Asst Professor, Department of Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology of CVAS, Pookode received ISVPT's National award for the year 2012 namely Dr.Jayvir Anjaria Award for the best research paper in oral presentation session of Ethnopharmacology in XII Annual Conference of Indian Society of Veterinary Pharmacology & Toxicology (ISVPT 2012) held at Veterinary College, KVAFSU, Hebbal, Bangalore-560024 from 12-12-2012 to 14-12-2012.Title of the presentation was 'Extract of Tamarindus indica for management of Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease'.
