NOTIFICATION
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement as Assistant Professors on contractual/deputation basis for a period of one Academic year only in specific disciplines/departments/stations under the University. Govt. servants are eligible for applying subject to NOC from competent authority.
Age : Not more than 40 years as on the date of notification (Not applicable on deputation basis)
Emoluments : As per UGC Regulations 2009 for contractual appointments, as per Govt. rules for deputed candidates
Qualification : 55% of marks in the Masters Degree in the concerned Discipline with NET or SLET/SET qualification.
In wildlife studies Master of Science (Wild Animal Health), MVSc (Wildlife Science) NET Optional (Candidates have to clear an eligibility test conducted by KVASU)
Reservation : As per State Government Norms. Open candidate will be considered against reserved posts only in the absence of eligible reserved category candidates.
No. of Vacancies : 91 in all Disciplines of Veterinary Science & Dairy Science and Technology and 2 in the Discipline of Wildlife Studies
