KVASU's Farm Portal KASAVU will be launched on 17th June 2013 at Trivandrum

                  The launch of Malayalam Farm Portal  KASAVU www.kasavu.in Web Channel and Radio Channel for the farmers, Entrepreneurs, students and public; the inauguration of the Centre for Livestock Development and Policy Research and the Regional Research and Training Centre will be held at Hotel Mascot (Harmony Hall), Trivandrum on 17th June 2013 at 4 PM.Sri. K.P. Mohanan, Hon’ble Minister for Agriculture and Animal Husbandry will launch the Malayalam Farm Portal & the Web and Radio Channel and the Hon’ble Minister for Dairy Development Sri. K.C. Joseph will inaugurate the newly established Centre for Livestock Development and Policy Research and the Regional Research and Training Centre to be established at Kudappanakkunnu in Thiruvananthapuram.
                    Sri. K. Muraleedharan, Hon’ble MLA will preside over the function and inaugurate the Launch of the Distance Learning Programme. Sri. M.V. Sreyamskumar, Hon’ble MLA and Member,Board of Management,KVASU will inaugurate the University’s State level Self Help Group based outreach programme.
Dr.B.Ashok IAS, Vice Chancellor, KVASU, Sri.Subrata Biswas IAS, Agricultural Production Commissioner and Principal Secretary (Animal Husbandry), and other dignitaries will participate in the programme. Along with the programme, University is organizing a Press meet at Hotel Mascot on 17th June 2013 at 4 PM. It aims to create awareness and spark interest in the fields of Livestock Development, Dairying, Entrepreneurship, Policy Research, environment and sustainable development through Technology enabled knowledge dissemination mode.
