Focus should be on clean production practices and to control zoonotic diseases; Says Sri. A.A.Aseez MLA.

                    Farmer- Scientist interaction was held at Mayyanad, Kollam on 27th July 2013. Directorate of Entrepreneurship  organised this programme as part of productivity enhancement in Dairying in association with Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Departments and Mayyanad Service Co-operative Bank. Sri. A.A.Aseez MLA inaugurated the programme on 27th July 2013 at 10 AM. During the inaugural address MLA suggested that clean milk and meat production practices should be popularised in the state to control zoonotic diseases. Dr.T.P.Sethumadhavan from Directorate of Entrepreneurship delivered keynote address. Dr.Syam Mohan Associate Professor, Department of Animal Nutrition, Dr.K.Anilkumar, Associate Professor, Department of Animal Genetics and Breeding, Dr.AjithBabu, Academic Consultant, CVAS, Mannuthy  and Dr.Shinekumar interacted with farmers.
