24Farmer Scientist interaction on Productivity enhancement in Dairying and SHGs in Agriculture were held at CPCRI, Kayamkulam on 22nd and 23rd January 2014.. Doordarsan Kendra, Trivandrum organised this programme with the support from Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University and KVK, CPCRI, Kayamkulam. 300 farmers and women SHG members participated in the programme. Head, CPCRI Dr.Krishnakumar, Assistant Director, DDK Sri. Jyothishkumar, Director of Animal Husbandry Dr.N.N.Sasi, Managing Director KLDB Dr.Jose James, Dr.N.Ajayan, Dr.Vinodkumar, Dr.Rani.S.S,Dr.Ranjan S Karippai,Dr.T.P.Sethumadhavan, Dr.Muhasin Koya, Dr.Anithakumari and Dr.Muralidharan were interacted with farmers and women SHG members. The programme paved the way for technology transfer and to document the problems and success stories of farmers and women SHGs in Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Sector.
