Farmer interface held @Kattappana, Idukki

                      Dairy farmers of Kattappana of  Idukki district suggested that they used to get a daily profit of Rs 150/-( Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only) per cow even with the current feed prices. They made this remark during the farmer scientisyt interface at Kattapana. Directorate of Entrepreneurship of Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University organised a Farmer Scientist interaction at Kattappana Service Co-operative Bank Auditorium from 5th to 6th April 2014. Milma ERCMPU Director Sri. Abraham Joseph inaugurated the interface at Kattappana on 5th April 2014. Dr.Joseph E Mathew presided over the function. Dr.Jacob. K.M and Dr.Kiran offered felicitations. Dr.T.P.Sethumadhavan welcomed the delegates and Dr.Seethamma expressed vote of thanks. Dr.Syam Mohan, Associate Professor, Department of Animal Nutrition, CVAS, Mannuthy, SeFarmer Scnior Veterinary Surgeon, VPC, Kattappana Dr.Joseph E Mathew  and Dr.T.P.Sethumadhavan, Head, Publications interacted with farmers. 135 farmers participated in the farmer interface.
