                Government will make all efforts to strengthen the quality of teaching; Says Hon'ble Minister for Agriculture Sri. K.P.Mohanan. Minister made this statement during the inauguration of  Refresher Training Programme for the teachers involved in Jyothis Project  held at P.R.Memorial e-learning resource centre,Panoor, Koothuparamba, Kannur on 19th April 2014. Measures will be taken to send selected teachers from the State to visit foreign Universities. Government will sign an MOU with Malaysia for promoting hitech Horticulture in the State. Minister added.Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University is associating with Jyothis implementation Committee for providing capacity building among teachers, students and parents. Hon'ble Minister released the publication on Recent trends in education and Career along with the ICT based educational kit developed by Publication division of KVASU. Director of Jyothis Dr.T.P.Sethumadhavan  delivered the keynote address and handled a session on recent trends in career. Convener Dr.M.K.Madhusoodhanan welcomed the delegates and took a class on What Next for students? Mr. Suresh Babu, Vice Chairman, Jyothis expressed vote of thanks. Around 40 teachers attended the programme.
